Draft for beta. This page has not yet been reviewed by an attorney and requires owner and legal review before public launch.
Dispute Docs™ is designed with accessibility in mind. Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the public website and the signed-in application. We have not been certified by any third party.
What we do
- Keyboard access with visible focus and a "Skip to main content" link.
- Labeled form fields and buttons, and status shown with text, not color alone.
- High-contrast brand colors and readable text sizes.
- Reduced motion: animations switch off when your device asks for less motion.
- Document Prep layout can be adjusted with buttons (move, smaller, larger, reset), not only by dragging.
Known limitations
- PDFs created in Document Prep are image-based copies of customer documents. They are not tagged accessible PDFs and are not PDF/UA compliant.
- The checkout form is provided by our payment processor.
- Some screens have not yet been tested with every screen reader.
