Referral Program Terms
Effective date: October 3, 2026 · Last updated: October 3, 2026 · Version 2026-10-03-draft
Draft for beta. This page has not yet been reviewed by an attorney and requires owner and legal review before public launch.
1. Eligibility
Signed-in Dispute Docs users may receive a referral link. We can turn participation off for any account.
2. When a referral counts
A referral counts only when a new customer signs up through your link and a payment is confirmed by our payment processor. Signing up, free or promo accounts, and test payments do not earn rewards. The first valid referral link a new customer used is the one that counts.
3. Rewards
The reward amount is set in the program settings at the time a referral qualifies and is shown in Refer & Earn. Rewards are not guaranteed to stay the same and may be changed or ended for future referrals. Refunds or payment disputes can reverse a reward.
OWNER DECISION REQUIRED: public reward terms, payout method, payout timing and minimums.4. Not eligible
Referring yourself, your own workspace, or internal accounts does not qualify. Fraud, spam or misleading promotion makes referrals ineligible.
5. Disclosure is required
You must clearly disclose that you may be paid when sharing your link. See the Affiliate Disclosure for examples and prohibited claims.
6. Brand use
You may accurately name Dispute Docs. You may not pretend to be Dispute Docs, alter the logo, or make claims we don't make.
OWNER/LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: paid search, domain and trademark restrictions; tax reporting.7. Changes
We may change or end the program. Rewards already earned under earlier rules are kept as recorded.
