Dispute Docs

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 3, 2026 · Last updated: October 3, 2026 · Version 2026-10-03-draft

Draft for beta. This page has not yet been reviewed by an attorney and requires owner and legal review before public launch.

These Terms govern your use of Dispute Docs™. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Dispute Docs is operational software that helps credit professionals organize clients, documents and records. It is not a credit repair organization, law firm, consumer reporting agency or lender. It does not provide legal, credit or financial advice, and it does not decide what should be disputed or which legal strategy to use. You remain responsible for your own strategies, communications, compliance, client relationships, decisions and the information you upload.

Any automated features may produce results that need human review. Automated output is not guaranteed fact or legal advice.

2. Accounts and roles

Each person must use their own account. Workspace Owners control staff access and staff tool permissions. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Only one active session per user is allowed.

3. Your data and your clients' data

You keep ownership of the information you and your staff enter. You confirm that you have the authority and any required consent to submit and process your clients' information through Dispute Docs, and that you will use it lawfully. You grant us permission to host and process it only to provide the service.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Dispute Docs to break the law, create false or misleading documents, alter identity documents, access other customers' data, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer it.

5. Subscription and billing

The beta plan is $27/month, billed monthly through Stripe, and renews automatically each month until canceled. This is limited-time beta pricing and may change in the future; we will give notice before any price change applies to you. Taxes may apply.

You can cancel online at any time from Team & billing → Manage billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation stops future charges, and access continues until the end of the current paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Promo codes and complimentary access are granted on the terms shown when redeemed and can't be exchanged for cash.

6. Referral program

Participation is governed by the Referral Terms.

7. Intellectual property

Dispute Docs, its software, design, logo, and its proprietary technology and data (including any lender and inquiry intelligence) belong to Dispute Docs. Feedback you send may be used to improve the service.

8. Beta and future features

The service is in beta. Features may change, and items marked "Coming soon" are not yet available.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for nonpayment or violation of these Terms. We don't delete workspace data just because a subscription lapses.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability.
