Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription

The Dispute Docs beta plan is $27/month (limited-time beta pricing), billed monthly, and renews automatically until canceled.

How to cancel

  1. Sign in and open Team & billing.
  2. Choose Manage billing.
  3. Select Cancel subscription and confirm.

You don't need to call or email us to cancel. After canceling, you won't be charged again, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Your workspace data is not deleted when you cancel.

Refunds

REFUND RULE — OWNER DECISION REQUIRED

Until the final refund rule is published, email support@disputedocs.com with any billing question.

Promo and complimentary access

Complimentary access has no charge, so no refund applies. When it ends, you'll be asked to subscribe to continue.
